About the Role

The demand for treatment for behavioral health issues continues to increase across the US. As a result, Mindpath Health is experiencing tremendous growth and expansion and is on target to become a leader in outpatient behavioral health services that blend human connection with science-based care.

As a Collections Representative (remote within the U.S.), you will be responsible for ensuring timely collections, accurate payment posting, and communicating with our clients about their accounts.  This position is critical to ensuring payments are recorded and reconciled.  Are you able to exercise sound judgment and discretion with a high level of professionalism and customer service?  If so, this may be a great opportunity for you.

The Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of billing experience in medical setting.
• 1+ year experience within the Hospital Collections Revenue Cycle setting
• 1+ year of demonstrated customer service skills (within a healthcare setting preferred).
• Experience with electronic health records
